HTBYOBF is a Holistic Wellness Retreat
By removing participants from the business of their normal lives, they are given a opportunity to connect to their inner selves, free from the influence of expectation
Participants will be given a chance to delve into self-exploration on a deep level, with an experiential education in self-care one of the key aspects.
Together, we will engage in a personal journey of self-discovery, utilising the practice of mindfulness to truly connect to our inner selves.
This is an opportunity for attendees to immerse themselves in a weekend that is all about their own happiness. We will explore the depths of our past and acknowledge their impact, whilst moving beyond to craft out what the future will look like.
All attendees will be invited to take a detox from technology for the duration of the retreat, to allow the immersive experience to be truly complete.
Come and have your body nourished with incredible food and movement practices, your mind expanded and challenged through immersive workshops, and your soul enriched through self-discovery and human connection.
